Stirling Benefits makes real time plan data available to consultants and producers. Once we execute the required HIPAA Business Associate agreements, designated members of your staff will have full access to claims data, enrollment and large case information. Your staff will have full access to the employer “dashboard” that details all plan expenses and trends. It is our philosophy that consultants and producers need full data access to evaluate your clients plan options. This applies to all plans, regardless of size. We make evaluating a plan with Stirling Benefits easy.
Service fees are established between the producer and the group. Changing to Stirling Benefits does not result in a compensation change. We will assist with a service fee schedule that compensates all parties to the plan fairly and equitably.
